Our Team

Graves Consulting is a relaunch of Tailor-Made Consulting - established in 2017 with the goal of providing strategy and program management leadership consulting to achieve deliverable, affordable and integrated solutions, and tangible, optimised outcomes, for our clients.

Founder and principal consultant, Adam Graves (dual citizenship - UK & Australia), is a highly-driven, strategic-thinking and innovative professional with 20 years international experience focussed, predominantly, in and around Executive and senior leadership teams.

With prior industry and consultancy roles extending from operational planning through to strategy leadership, major program integration and bid directorship, Adam has directly developed and delivered on a number of multi-million dollar business plans and program / project development portfolios. In addition, he has had direct leadership involvement in $12bn+ of tendering successes. Personally, he is also passionate about personal and professional development and the next generation of / future business executives and has mentored a number of team members into senior positions within the Australian Rail and Aviation industries.

In addition to key roles in recent major Tender successes, Graves Consulting has a positive, and growing, legacy in the design, implementation and execution of business change / transformation and governance processes. We can now boast a consistent catalogue of successes with 'Tier 1' Clients achieved through a people-focused management style, strong leadership skills and a proven ability to build teams and influence across all levels of business from Executive to front-line personnel.
